Well, it all started with us being frustrated with the one-click application process that many companies were using. We saw that it was just resulting in a lot of emails with PDFs, and that didn't seem like an efficient way to evaluate candidates. We also knew that traditional resumes didn't always showcase a candidate's unique skills and qualifications, and that they often didn't make it far through the automated screening systems that many companies use. So, we were determined to create a platform that would offer a better way for candidates to showcase their abilities, and for companies to find the right talent. That's where HireTalk comes in. We've developed a platform that uses natural language processing technology to match candidates with the right companies based on their skills and qualifications. It's a more comprehensive approach to candidate evaluation, and it's helping companies make better-informed hiring decisions. Through extensive research and development, we've created a platform that's changing the way companies approach hiring.
